Gracie is responsible for reminding us all the importance of work life balance at the Likemind office.
Whilst normally asleep, snoring, she will occasionally attend a teams call unannounced if she feels mealtime is approaching, this is generally a few hours of when she should actually be fed!
Gracie is eight years older than her little annoying brother Tom who arrived on the scene just as Likemind was created.
We’d recommend not launching a company, and bringing an eight week old puppy into your life all at once! Unlike his sister, he feels the need to meet everyone, and he likes attending interviews.
Very impressed with your level of communication and relationship management. You’re a recruitment partner like no other!
It is so nice to be with an agency that actually cares and is real. Gareth, I want to commend you on the amazing genuine way you have taken me on the Likemind journey. From the constant communication about where the role was at, to checking in with me has been faultless on your part...I will be recommending my colleagues to be part of Likemind.
Thanks for letting me know the update and appreciate your time and efforts put in this process. I want to express my gratitude for your support when we first met in the office. It seems little but your motivation keeps me looking for jobs.
Thank you for the work this year, and for being the best agency I have ever worked with. Lots of agencies say they connect and they care about the contractor, but it doesn’t always feel like that from this end. Likemind has absolutely looked after me and stayed connected proactively all the way. I cannot sing your praises highly enough.
We can’t sing your praises highly enough! You are landing excellent candidates at speed and we are very grateful
Thank you for the chocolates you sent last week and your kind words. It is a pleasure to work with you and I remain hugely impressed with the calibre of people you are finding for our roles in a tight market. You have a real talent for matching people to the roles, both in terms of skills and experience and personality fit for the role. Long may we continue to work together.
Thank you Kim! I was so anxious about returning to work as a working mum, at the time when Jonny responded to my LinkedIn post I'd already had potential employers question whether I'd be looking after my daughter while working, or pushing me to accept more hours or less pay. It meant all the world to me to have you two confidently backing me up. I really do appreciate it.
We focus on investing time and effort to authentically engage, understand and collaborate.
If you want to work with a team that aligns people and purpose, experience and knowledge, culture and values, we would love to hear from you today.
