Maria’s career within recruitment started in 2006 and apart from a little bit of travel and a few stints of maternity leave, she has been in the industry ever since. She has experience recruiting across a range of disciplines, including Business Support, Technology, HR and Business Transformation, spanning both the public and private sectors.
Maria’s passion for recruitment is found in connecting with people to create genuine and meaningful relationships. Recruitment is not about numbers, it’s about listening to understand, adding value and making a difference.
Outside of work, Maria is a busy mum to three young children and an English Cocker Spaniel named George. When not chasing after her kids, she loves being in the garden and spending time at the beach.
