We are seeking Senior Policy Advisors with strong public sector experience and an in-depth understanding of the government’s policy agenda and priorities for fixed-term and permanent opportunities.
  
Specifically, we are looking for professionals with experience engaging with senior stakeholders to prepare briefings, key documents, and responses for Ministers and other senior government officials. These roles require a natural ability to take complex information and make it relevant, clear and concise so that it can be easily understood by a broad range of audiences.
  
To be successful, you will need at least five years of policy experience, exceptional writing skills, and a natural analytical way of working. The ability to quickly establish and build strong and trusted relationships is also key.
