Our client is seeking a highly capable and pragmatic Senior Business Project Manager for a fixed-term contract until December 2026.  To hit the ground running, it is essential to have in-depth knowledge and experience in:

• Government, and ideally health / medical sectors
• Working on and in business projects (not IT)
• Managing complex project budgets, governance, reporting and risk
• Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, successfully.

This role requires someone who can maintain a delivery focus and deliver the outputs that the project needs; therefore, strong planning and management skills are key to successful delivery.   

The importance of the work demands someone with experience engaging with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. It is paramount to have the ability to develop credibility quickly in an honest and genuine way.

Given the size and importance of the project, we are looking for a professional with no less than seven years of ‘business’ project management experience.
In addition to the subject matter experience sought, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager who is:

• Delivery-focused and pragmatic
• Able to add value from day one, and excels at establishing good processes and structures
• Very comfortable working within a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment

Depending on your experience, the salary could be up to $165,000, plus an attractive benefits package.
