We are seeking genuine, capable project management professionals who want to make a real difference through delivery.  We are speaking to several of our clients who are ramping up work for 2024, so they will require resources for a range of roles which are diverse and interesting, contributing to high-value projects. 

Depending on the role, you will be supporting internal functions within business or technical environments.  This will see you engage with a broad group of subject matter experts as well as key internal and external stakeholders.  You will demonstrate a high level of project management proficiency, covering the following:

• Business case development and understanding of approvals and governance processes
• Solid project management disciplines and experience in a range of methodologies
• Planning and scheduling skills including dependency and sequencing management
• Experience working with change managers and delivering people change
• Working with technical and business resources in both delivery and BAU environments
• Budgetary and financial management
• Succinct and meaningful reporting and management of risks and issues.

In addition, we are looking for project managers with:

• The ability to build trust and confidence at multiple levels
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for project delivery
• Well-organised, responsive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
