We are seeking genuine, capable business analysts and senior business analysts who want to make a real difference through delivery.  We are speaking to several of our clients who are ramping up work for 2024, so they will require resources for a range of roles which are diverse and interesting, contributing to high-value projects. 
  
Depending on the role, you will be supporting internal functions within business or technical environments.  This will see you engage with a broad group of subject matter experts as well as key internal and external stakeholders.  You will demonstrate a high level of business analysis proficiency, covering the following:

• Core project business analysis capabilities ranging from gap analysis, problem definition, through to options and recommendations.
• Operating model development, design, and analysis.
• Business case development (including Better Business Case).
• Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Business process, service design and customer experience design experience.
• Working within complex, fast-paced programmes of work.
• A strong ability to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders.

In addition, as an experienced business analyst, we are looking for people with the following:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion.
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements.
• Be able to deal with ambiguity.
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
