I am thrilled to announce that Sarah Gwerder and Jo Allen- two incredible individuals are joining our Likemind team today!

It’s been a year! As it is our last few days in the office for 2023, we wanted to wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy, relaxing, warm, and sunny break.

Last week we had our end-of-year celebration at Huxley's. ‍ We are so grateful and humbled at the large number of people who turned up. It was great to see so many friendly faces, in such positive spirits!We know it is an incredibly busy time of year, so any time spent away from work or whānau can be a difficult thing to organise. So, thank you. Personally, I believe the turnout was because of the amazing team I work with each and every day, and the incredible clients and candidates who choose to partner with us and feel connected as part of our Likemind community. Ki te kāpuia e kore e whati - We succeed together.

I am proud and humbled to announce that Likemind has been successfully appointed to the All of Government (AOG) Talent Acquisition Services (TAS) panel! The profoundness of our appointment to this important panel is not lost on us. As a local Wellington-owned and operated organisation established in2021, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to further our engagements and relationships with our government stakeholders and support them to make real and valuable change within our communities. We would not have been able to get to this point without our inspiring and always supportive clients, our talented and committed candidates, and, of course, our Likemind team, who are my chosen whānau. Whilst we are completely committed to the mahi ahead of us, we are also incredibly mindful of the organisations and people impacted who did not make it onto the panel … kia kaha. I am incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity, and the support of my family to have taken a break before starting my next chapter. If you can take time, reflect, and be present for those around you, and work out what is important, and what is not, do it! It is magical! Having had this time, I am very excited to announce, we have launched Likemind, delivering consulting, contracting, and recruitment services.
