Our client is seeking a highly experienced and engaging Senior Change Manager with public sector experience to work within a significant and critical work programme for short term contract.

Essential for this role is solid external stakeholder engagement and management skills. 
  
A complex and challenging programme of work, we are looking for an experienced practitioner who has developed strong working relationships with a wide variety of passionate and dedicated stakeholders.
  
Building trust and confidence is key to ensuring buy-in and commitment to what the programme wants to achieve.  Communication must be conveyed in a meaningful way, to the right people and at the right time.
  
As a result, you must have experience in:

• Delivering solutions that enable effective change outcomes
• Large, complex environments
• Supporting the relevant communications for the change initiatives.

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Builds trust and confidence quickly
• Leads through influence
