Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to map out current state processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Working with policy teams to assist them with the analysis of conflicts and challenges, the right candidate will look at ways to improve business processes to achieve a high-performing strategic function.

To be successful in this role, you will prepare and lead workshops with focus groups to gather valuable information from a variety of stakeholders. This will enable the business and impacted groups to be more responsive to the current and changing demands and utilise resources appropriately.

For this role, you must have experience in:

• Process mapping and improvement
• Requirements gathering
• Workshop and stakeholder facilitation
• Gap analysis

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Is analytical and logical in their approach
• Comfortable working with stakeholders
• Process oriented but practical
