Our client is seeking multiple Change Analysts to work alongside technology and business teams providing change management support, analysis, and assessment to assist with the successful implementation of changes in a technology environment.
  
The successful candidate will need to be pro-active, self-managing and have solid change and transition experience with the key capability to create quality change management and analysis documentation. The role will be required to drive several core deliverables including change plans, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement identification, approaches and plans as well as communications materials. This is a doer role, so the ideal person will have “hands-on” experience delivering change management materials and be confident and enjoy working directly with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  
We are looking for Change Analysts who have:

• Proven experience in developing change management documentation including impact assessments, change management plans, change readiness preparedness, stakeholder engagement approaches and communications.
• Experience in a fast-paced environments working within a hybrid mix of Agile and waterfall methodologies in technology and business environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to engage and partner with stakeholders across any number of business, technology, or operational functions
• Exceptional EQ skills that can bring people on a journey and convey the advantages of the future state.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical changes to a range of stakeholders.
