Our client is seeking a CA qualified Financial Accountant to deliver effective and meaningful financial management and reporting to company stakeholders. This role will provide leadership and direction to ensure that accounting practices are robust, accurate, fair, and delivered to a high standard.
You will be working for an exciting Wellington-based technology company that provides platforms, products, and services for a meaningful global purpose. The organisation is focused on values, with support for flexible working, leave and compassionate care to ensure that staff are supported and feel empowered to achieve company and personal goals.
To be successful in this role you will take ownership of key reporting channels and produce high quality reports, identify, and communicate key financial issues, enable, and participate in key business-decision making by providing your own insights. Importantly, you will champion financial policies while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
You will bring 3+ years' experience in an auditing or financial management environment or you may be newly qualified as a CA. Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your financial technical expertise to coach and advise team members as well as support the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer in setting the strategic direction for the team.
